The Challenge

Limited in-person contact is a challenge for most coaches. Many are asking:

  • How do we keep everyone connected and on the same page?
  • How should we handle onboarding for incoming players?
  • How do we monitor players to make sure they are keeping up?

To help coaches navigate these issues, we’ve designed a no cost Stay Ready Program to help teams stay connected and engaged.

Note: This program is only available for NCAA D-I and Professional teams.

The Program

As the only end-to-end learning management tool for sports, Just Play is in a unique position to assist teams during this unpredictable time. We’ve drawn from our experience of working with hundreds of coaches to create the Stay Ready Program, which will be tailored for each participating team’s specific needs.

Each team accepted for the program will be paired with a Just Play consultant who will help manage a six-phase process over the course of 45 days. In the end, teams will walk away with improved processes and players who are more prepared when they return to campus, whenever that may be.

During each phase of the program, Just Play will offer assistance and work with coaches to set up a combination of tasks designed to keep players engaged when you can’t be with them in person.

Here’s some of the content we’ll help you build out to keep your team connected.

Creating an interactive virtual handbook, guide, or culture document.

Quizzing players to make sure they are keeping up.

Training players on terminology using images, diagrams, and video.

“Just Play helped me play with more confidence because I knew what my coaches needed me to know. Everything I needed was on the app.”

Is there a cost to the program?

No. The only requirement is that you and your staff buy in and are willing work with us to build out your virtual program.

Do I need to sign a contract to participate in the program?

No.

What happens if my season gets canceled?

After going through this program, we’re confident that you’ll see the value in a platform that will improve your ability to connect with players remotely. In the event your season is canceled, this will be more important than ever. There’s no cost to the Stay Ready Program and you’ll have the option to transition to a team license to help you stay connected throughout an extended offseason.
